TRUE Beauty

When I got my Garment District Collection, one of my favorite components was a folder that has the "TRUE Beauty" quote.  I knew it would be so great to use this photo with it, and that is how this layout started!  I identify so much with this whole collection because it has beautiful roses, sewing themed papers, and lots of cool journaling labels.  I have been using it like crazy!

The background of this page is an ivory card stock.  I added some Colorshine Mist by Heidi Swapp with a stencil after the whole layout was complete to give that soft and muted pattern in the upper left corner.  It was a great soft layer to add. You will also see I used Punchinello circles to add some dark brown polkadots for texture.

These roses are exquisite!  I know you will HAVE to HAVE the resin Roses that are new in Marion's line.  I love love love them!  See how cute the butterfly is with that little Rose?? 

This is a closer look at the background stencil.  It is subtle but adds a little color all the same. I also love the tickets and labels that are perfect for adding dimension and interest!
