Up and Away with Nirvana!

Happy Halloween season to you all!  While in New Zealand, we don't traditionally celebrate or even really recognise Halloween, it is still a chance for us to get a bit gothic with our creations! 

Using a brilliant template designed by the talented Laura Carson I created a gothic themed hot air balloon using the very versatile Nirvana range of papers, some embossed metal tape, beads, lace and the inevitable peacock feather!

 



 

There now seems to be some heated competition amongst the kids as to who gets to hang this in their bedrooms!  Perhaps I'll just have to make another!
